About the Role:

  • Develop one-on-one counselling sessions to rangatahi daily.

  • Implement appropriate documentation and follow-up on notes of rangatahi.

  • Recommending necessary support services for rangatahi when required.

  • Participating in the MDT meetings with the clinical team.

What You Need to Apply for this Role:

  • Bachelor’s degree or experiential equivalent, including related tertiary qualification in addiction counselling.
  • Te Reo Proficiency: Beginner, Intermediate.
  • Drug and Alcohol Practitioners’ Association Aotearoa New Zealand (DAPAANZ) Registered.
  • At least 6 months post-tertiary qualification experience in a related field preferred.
  • Full and clean Driver’s Licence.
  • Experience in Medtech (for drug and alcohol counsellors) Noted preferred.
