Clinical Leader Aged Care in Regional SA!

We are currently looking for 2 full-time Clinical Lead/Registered Nurses to join their facility based in Maitland SA
As Clinical Leader, you will be an integral part of our site management team and will have the opportunity to work closely with staff, residents, and families with the support of our Clinical Care Manager and Site Operations Manager.
Job Highlights
- Located in: Maitland SA
- Residential aged care (not-for-profit aged care provider)
- Full time Permanent position
- $100000pa + super + NFP salary sacrifice
- Relocation services provided. (Free temporary accommodation and negotiable travel reimbursement)
Skills and Experience
- Extensive clinical experience as a Registered Nurse
- A Bachelor of Nursing or equivalent qualification, including a current AHPRA registration
- Previous leadership experience, managing and mentoring staff.
- A genuine passion for providing individualised clinical care to support ageing in place.
- Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build positive relationships with staff, residents and their families.
You must
- Have full working rights.
- Minimum 4-year experience as Registered Nurse
- APHRA Registration
