About the role:

Prospero Health & Social Care are currently recruiting for qualified Registered Nurses for permanent opportunities available at a fantastic aged care facility located in the Redland Bay area of Queensland. You would be working for a fantastic team in an exciting growth phase who are seeking Registered Nurses who would like either morning, afternoon, or night shifts, as there are multiple opportunities available.

Key Duties:

• Providing clinical care and support to residents
• Working with an established & passionate clinical team
• Providing medication and assistance to residents as required
• Liaising and communication with the families of residents
• Developing, monitoring, and updating care plans for residents as required

Skills & Experience:

• Minimum of 1 year experience working in an aged care setting
• Experience working in a clinical team of various sizes
• Experience in working closely with residents with various care requirements
• Experience in providing medication to residents
• Strong verbal & written communication skills are required
