About the role
Based in Hamilton, this MRI (Magnetic Resonance Imaging) Technologist position offers the chance to work with state-of-the-art equipment while enjoying the lifestyle and amenities of New Zealand’s vibrant Waikato region. You will prepare and deliver high-quality diagnostic imaging services, utilising advanced equipment and technologies. Your role will include:
Collaborating with an inclusive multi-disciplinary team
Preparing patients for MRI procedures whilst ensuring they receive exceptional care
Conducting imaging analysis and quality assurance
Working across three leading Waikato locations equipped with five advanced MRI scanners, offering diverse clinical exposure
To be successful in this role, you will
Be registered with the NZMRTB, with a current APC (or eligibility to obtain this), with an MRI Scope of Practice
Have full working rights in New Zealand
Have at least 2 years’ post-graduate experience in MRI radiography
Demonstrate exceptional patient care, with a commitment to delivering the best possible patient outcomes
