About the role

Based in Hamilton, this MRI (Magnetic Resonance Imaging) Technologist position offers the chance to work with state-of-the-art equipment while enjoying the lifestyle and amenities of New Zealand’s vibrant Waikato region. You will prepare and deliver high-quality diagnostic imaging services, utilising advanced equipment and technologies. Your role will include:

  • Collaborating with an inclusive multi-disciplinary team

  • Preparing patients for MRI procedures whilst ensuring they receive exceptional care

  • Conducting imaging analysis and quality assurance

  • Working across three leading Waikato locations equipped with five advanced MRI scanners, offering diverse clinical exposure

To be successful in this role, you will

  • Be registered with the NZMRTB, with a current APC (or eligibility to obtain this), with an MRI Scope of Practice

  • Have full working rights in New Zealand

  • Have at least 2 years’ post-graduate experience in MRI radiography

  • Demonstrate exceptional patient care, with a commitment to delivering the best possible patient outcomes
