Permanent Referral Reward

As a thank you for your introduction, you'll receive a $500 Referral Bonus when:

  • We successfully place your referral into a permanent position; and
  • They complete their applicable guarantee period (typically three or six months, depending on the client agreement).

Earn $500 for every successful permanent referral.

Locum Referral Rewards

We also recognise the commitment and flexibility of our locum clinicians through a tiered rewards programme.

  • Milestone 1 – First Shift Completed $150 Gift Voucher for the referred locum

  • Milestone 2 – Seven Shifts Completed $300 Gift Voucher for the referred locum

  • Milestone 3 – Twelve Shifts Completed $500 Gift Voucher for the referred locum

  • Milestone 4 – Eighteen Shifts Completed $750 Gift Voucher for the referred locum
