Once you make a referral, one of our experienced consultants will reach out for a friendly, confidential conversation to understand their goals and guide them through our simple registration process.

Permanent Referral Reward

As a thank you for your introduction, you'll receive a $500 Gift Voucher for every successful permanent placement referral.

We successfully place your referral into a permanent position; and
They complete their applicable guarantee period (typically three or six months, depending on the client agreement).

Locum Referral Rewards

Know a healthcare professional looking for locum opportunities?

When your referral joins Prospero Health & Social Care and successfully completes locum shifts, you'll receive:

$250 Gift Voucher when they complete 5 shifts
An additional $250 Gift Voucher when they complete 15 shifts
A final $500 Gift Voucher when they complete 30 shifts

Total potential reward: $1,000 per referral.

As a thank you for helping us connect the clinician with our opportunities, you'll receive a $1,000 gift voucher when your referral completes 18 locum shifts.

Terms and Conditions

The referred candidate must be a qualified healthcare professional, have consented to being referred, and not already be registered with or known to Prospero Health & Social Care.
Locum referral rewards are payable once the relevant shift milestones have been successfully completed and verified.
Permanent referral rewards are payable once the referred candidate has successfully completed the qualifying period for their placement.
Where multiple referrals are received for the same clinician, the reward will be paid to the first referrer.
Prospero Health & Social Care reserves the right to amend, suspend, or withdraw the referral programme at any time.
