About the PracticeThis is a thriving, long-established GP clinic with a genuinely positive working environment where clinicians choose to stay long term. The practice is modern, recently renovated, and designed to support both high-quality patient care and a comfortable working day for staff.
You will join a strong and stable team of approximately 10 GPs, 10 nurses, and experienced administrative staff, all working closely in a respectful, collaborative environment. Leadership is visible, approachable, and focused on supporting clinicians rather than managing them.
The culture is relaxed, connected, and low-pressure. There are optional social events, shared morning teas, bring-a-plate lunches, and informal catchups throughout the year, but no expectation to participate if that is not your style. People are simply supported to work in a way that suits them.

About the Role - Regular GP sessions (2–8 per week)

- Cornerstone accredited practice
