Chloe Finucane

Kia ora, I’m Chloe.

I’m a Recruitment Consultant specialising in Aged Care, and I made the move from Prospero’s Leeds office in the UK to New Zealand in May 2024.

I started my recruitment journey in early 2022 after working in education, where I taught and led safeguarding in an alternative education setting. Since then, I’ve found a real passion for connecting people with meaningful roles especially in the aged care space.

Transferring to the NZ office has been an exciting challenge, and it’s pushed me to grow personally and professionally. I love working closely with the aged care sector here, and I’m really enjoying getting to know the local culture, community, and way of life in Aotearoa.
