Kia ora, I’m Carla

I’ve been with Prospero for five years now and currently lead our Health & Social Care team here in Aotearoa. I’ve worked in recruitment for over 10 years, mainly across the education, health, and medical sectors.

These days, I focus on permanent roles in allied health, technical and midwifery and I genuinely love what I do. I’m all about building strong, honest relationships with both clients and candidates, and helping people find roles where they feel valued and supported.
