Senior Registered Nurse - Aged Care - 2-month contract available

Are you an experienced Registered Nurse seeking an exciting opportunity to lead and support an aged care facility in Pacific Paradise? We’re currently recruiting for a dynamic RN In Charge / Senior RN to join our beautiful, aged care home on a 2-month contract basis, starting ASAP.

•  Location: Pacific Paradise
• 2-month contract 
• Work schedule: Monday to Friday, 9am to 5pm
• Pay Rate: $50 per hour. 

As an RN In Charge/Senior RN, you’ll have the opportunity to closely support our Residential Aged Care Manager while providing supervision to other RNs. Your leadership and expertise will be instrumental in ensuring the delivery of high-quality care to our residents.

 Key Responsibilities:

• Provide leadership and supervision to RNs and care staff.
• Assist the Residential Aged Care Manager in daily operations and decision-making.
• Ensure compliance with healthcare standards and regulations.
• Collaborate with the multidisciplinary team to promote resident well-being.
• Maintain accurate documentation and records.

 Requirements:

• Current registration as a Registered Nurse with AHPRA.
• NDIS Check
• Proven experience in aged care settings, with demonstrated leadership abilities.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work effectively within a team and independently.
• Commitment to providing compassionate care to elderly residents.

Interviews: We’re looking to conduct interviews within the next week directly with the State Manager.
