We are currently working alongside a reputable NFP aged care provider who is looking for a full-time Registered Nurse to join their facilities based in Regional NSW.

• Job Title: Registered Nurse – Aged Care
• Location: Northern Rivers region NSW (Grafton NSW)
• Salary:$70K to $90K per annum (depending on experience) plus not for profit benefits and superannuation.
• Permanent (Full time and Part Time positions available)

Key Responsibilities:

• Assessing the health needs of residents and clients, and formulating comprehensive care plans.
• Administering prescribed medications and treatments.
• Supervising and mentoring Enrolled Nurses and Care Service Employees.
• Providing clinical leadership and championing best practices in care delivery.
• Collaborating with multidisciplinary teams to ensure holistic care.
• Monitoring and meticulously documenting residents’ progress while maintaining accurate records.

Qualifications:

• Registration with the Australian Health Practitioner Regulation Agency (AHPRA) as a Registered Nurse.
• Proven experience in aged care, clinical nursing, or related fields.
• Flexibility to work various shifts, including weekends and evenings.
• Understanding of ACFI, including charting, assessments, documentation, and funding submissions.
• Evidence of COVID-19 and influenza vaccinations.
