Position: Aged Care Nurse Contractor

Key Responsibilities:

• Provide holistic care to residents in accordance with their individual care plans
• Administer medications and treatments as prescribed, ensuring accurate documentation
• Monitor residents’ health and well-being, promptly reporting any changes or concerns
• Collaborate with the multidisciplinary team to develop and implement care strategies
• Foster a supportive and respectful environment for residents, families, and staff
• Promote a positive and engaging social atmosphere through interaction and activities

Qualifications and Experience:

• Registered Nurse (RN) qualification with current registration from AHPRA
• Previous experience in aged care nursing is preferred with a minimum of 1 years experience
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Empathy, patience, and a genuine passion for elderly care
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
