Position Overview: We are currently seeking a dedicated and compassionate Emergency Department Nurse to join a dynamic team. As an integral member of our emergency department, you will play a crucial role in providing high-quality care to patients during times of crisis and medical emergencies.

Key Responsibilities:

• Assessing, triaging, and prioritizing patients based on their medical condition and urgency of care.
• Administering medications, treatments, and interventions as prescribed by physicians.
• Performing various diagnostic tests and procedures.
• Collaborating with multidisciplinary teams to develop and implement individualized care plans.
• Providing emotional support and education to patients and their families.
• Ensuring compliance with hospital policies, procedures, and regulatory standards.
• Participating in ongoing training and professional development activities.

Requirements:

• Current registration as a Registered Nurse with the Nursing & Midwifery Board of Australia.
• Demonstrated high level written and verbal communication, interpersonal skills and the ability to identify key messages, issues and concerns when communicating with others.
• Demonstrated ability to proactively engage with patients/clients to enhance service delivery and to guide
  others in providing service excellence.
• Demonstrated ability to work as part of a multidisciplinary team and apply professional and ethical
  boundaries when dealing with complex situations.
• Basic computer skills and proven ability to use health information systems.
• Detailed knowledge and understanding of risk manag
