Perform police vetting and health checks.

Manage payroll and timesheets.

Interviews

Organise interviews between suitable candidates and clients. 

Gather necessary preparation information for candidates. 

Provide prompt follow-ups to ensure timely feedback from both parties.

Contracts and Offers

Facilitate direct liaison between clients and candidates for negotiation purposes. 

Manage candidate expectations and ensure the return of necessary documentation. 

Post Placement Support

Conduct regular follow-up on candidate arrival and documentation progress (e.g., registration and visa requirements). 

Offer guidance as needed. 

Provide first-day and ongoing follow-ups to ensure a seamless transition into the role.
