The Health and Social Care team have been servicing Aged Care and Palliative Care facilities across New Zealand to support them with their staffing requirements since Autumn of 2021. We have supported various Aged Care Providers from larger parent organisations to stand alone facilities.
Due to the constant changes occurring within the Aged and Palliative Care sector, we pride ourselves in being able to adapt accordingly and shift recruitment focus to the current areas where our clients need the most support. Therefore, the range of roles we have recruited for is extremely vast.
Nursing and Management Roles include Registered Nurses, Community Palliative Nurses, and Nurse Practitioners. Leadership positions such as Clinical Manager/Clinical Services Manager, Care Manager, Roaming Manager, Education/Quality Manager, Nurse Coordinator, and Facility Manager are also part of our focus.
Management and Specialist Roles extend to Business Managers, Relationship Managers, HR professionals, and Occupational Therapists, offering critical support and expertise across healthcare settings.
Chloe is our Aged Care Recruitment Consultant having transferred over from Prospero’s Leeds office in the UK in May of 2024.
She entered the world of recruitment in January 2022 having come from teaching and leading safeguarding in an alternative education provision.
Chloe’s offer to transfer to the NZ office indicates her strong ability to adapt to new environments, learn efficiently, collaborate effectively and most importantly service her clients to an exceedingly high calibre.
She is enjoying working closely with the Aged Care sector while immersing herself in NZ culture and life!
